Hudson Valley Tented Weddings

A rented sailcloth or clear-frame tent allows Mountainville Manor to host receptions for up to 225 guests while keeping the Victorian estate at the center of the celebration.

Tented receptions are offered on select dates from May through October. The tent is rented separately and installed for your event beside the Manor, wraparound porch, gardens, and fire pit.

Sailcloth or Clear-Frame

Sailcloth Tent

A sailcloth tent brings high peaks, soft fabric, and warm diffused light to the reception. It complements the historic Manor and creates a classic outdoor setting for dinner and dancing.

Clear-Frame Tent

A clear-frame tent keeps the sky, trees, and illuminated estate visible through the canopy. It offers a cleaner, more contemporary look while preserving the feeling of an outdoor reception.

Tent size and layout are shaped around your guest count, dining setup, dance floor, bar, entertainment, and service needs. Couples can also incorporate lounge seating, specialty bars, floral installations, chandeliers, draping, larger dance floors, live-band stages, and custom floor plans.

The same cuisine, wedding packages, service team, and day-of coordination apply whether your reception is held in the ballroom or beneath a tent. Once the size, style, and layout are determined, the team will prepare a customized rental estimate.
